fatal exception when debugging in pega openspan plugin 19.1.23.0
i am experiencing a fatal exception when running an automation. however, project seems to continue if i click ok on the fatal exception. please help

Perhaps your config files are just old. Delete (backup first though) the contents of %AppData%\Pegasystems and try again. I suspect you just have something invalid in your RuntimeConfig.xml. If you delete the one in %AppData% the one from the installation directory will be used instead.

I will need more information to offer any suggestions. If you are able to post your runtime log, or a sample solution, then perhaps it will give me some insight. If not, I would suggest that you open a support request and record the SR number in this post.

here is my sample solution, as you can see this is just a simple solution. fatal exception still occur even it is just a simple solution. for the run time log i can't seem to find it, i already put ON in runtimeconfig.xml, can you help?

From your screenshot, this seems to indicate an installation problem. Did you have an earlier version of Studio installed previously on this machine?

yes, i was using the installer from pega academy at first and there were no issues. i migrated into this version as this is the company licensed version. previous plugin was uninstalled before i installed this new version. what seems to be the problem?

In 19.1, the "OpenSpan" folders were renamed to "Pegasystems". You may delete the "OpenSpan" folders.
