Pega platform aplication is not working!!
I am trying to log in Pega platform aplication but it is showing me a mistake(see attacment below). What do I have to do?
Mon Nov 25 16:09:44 EST 2019. PegaRULES 8.1 (PRPC-8.1.1-247)
Authentication Failed.
Status:fail
Operator:Unauthenticated or not available
Node:No ID available

Which account you're trying to login?
If this is repeating in a certain browser and the password entered is correct, please try a different browser.
Alternatively, you can review the PegaRULES log to find the detailed error stack while replicating the issue.

The error suggests that you have issue with log in. Some simple steps you can follow
- Close all active browser tabs/windows
- Completely clear browser cache and cookies
- Restart the browser and retry access
You can also try incognito.

Hi,
Are you using SSO? Is it happening with all the operators?
Could you please attach the PegaRules.log file, so that we can get to the root cause?
