Image Viewer

We have pega image viewer in our application which is used to display document images from external source. We display the list of documents on a screen and user can select a document and view it in image viewer.

We have issues in production that users are facing issues while printing those images - some are not getting printed, some are seeing blank pages getting printed out.

Pega suggested to use a button to download the images in local machine and then print them from local machine, rather than directly printing them from image viewer.

Has anyone faced similar issues in any application? We are using Pega 7.1.8.

1. Are you facing the issue in both IE and chrome?
2. Do you see any javascript errors showing up in dev tools console?
3. Are you able to reproduce the issue in any lower environment or only occuring in prod?
