Virtual Viewer Unsupported File type error

Hi there,

I have tried to Implement Snowbound virtual viewer in Pega version 8.2 by following knowledge article from Community

Issue faced here is any type of file whether it is Png, JPE or a pdf file it pops up saying unsupported file format,Screenshot attached, any troubleshooting steps are appreciated.
