When I merge I see “Insufficient privilege” error in the merge requests modal

First check to see if there is a configuration problem. Run the diagnostics, Actions->Diagnose pipeline on the Orchestrator to see if this is a problem with the DMAppAdmin operator/authentication profile

Please check the Access group of the operator trying to merge the branch has the SysAdm4 role or roles with similar privileges.

@RyanFeeneyIt is not working on Pega Deployment manager 4.8 though the the APPAdmin operators on both of the environments are having SysAdm4 privilege. I am moving the RAP from Dev to QA via branch merge.

P.S. Deployment is working fine if I execute the pipeline manually to deploy the Product rule.
