Deployment Manager merge fails when Pega API is OAuth Protected
We currently use the OOTB Pega Case Management API for a number of external systems interacting with our pega apps and so to protect the API's we have enabled OAuth on the api service package in pega .
No issues with this configuration and the external systems are able to securely connect to our apps.
But the issue we are facing is that Pega Deployment Manager fails to get merge status when OAuth is enabled and the pipelines get stuck. It only works when the authentication type in the auth service package is set to basic.
Is there are way to configure the auth profile for the Pega Deployment Manager to use OAuth ?

As of now only basic authentication is supported with deployment manager. OAuth based authentication is on the road map and will be available in a future release of deployment manager.

Unfortunately no timeline on this yet. To be able to support OAuth, the security model of deployment manager has to be updated.
