Sales Automation Certification

Hi team,

I have completed PEGA Sales Automation Foundation and Essentials. I am about to start with implementation course. But as i progressed I could not find any relevant exam for Sales Automation. Am I missing something? How to get PEGA Sales Automation Certification? What is the procedure.

Prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Hi Pankaj,

There is no exam for Pega Sales Automation or Pega Customer Service in current versions. All you earn is a badge saying Sales Automation Ready after you complete the course in Pega Academy.
