Email listener details

Hi Team,

I have 10 email listeners and these are monitoring on 10 different email accounts. I am using same requestor id for these 10 email listeners . My question is. Is there any way to capture the either listener details or email accounts dynamically while processing the email event data??

Please help me achieving this.

Hi,

In the Email Listener form, the Properties tab, the Diagnostics section contains the fields that you can optionally specify if you are interested in running the System Management Application’s Remote Logging to capture all processes running on your workstation and then viewing only those log messages that are about the service rule the listener listens for.

Did you try to check pdc,I think you will get some details about listeners. What all details you want to capture.

Hi, I am using the above 10 listeners for case creation. I have to capture the listener name and email account for every case , which is created through email ingestion. I am using same requestor id, same service email rule for all listeners.

Hi,

Please verify pdc once ,Alternate idea is you can try to add info logger in that activity.Print those details in logs.

Hi Abhinav,

1.I have not familiar with PDC. Can you please explain or share me any article on that.

2.I have to set the Listener name and Email account user name at Case level.
