Voice problem

Hi I am trying to listen how to design how to design a case lifecyle video but voice is not coming.

I have checked through youtube other videos they are all working fine but training videos have problem

I am using MacBook air . Is there any body who has same problem

This would not be an issue because you are using a MacBook Air. Check that Audio is On in the player in the lesson. There are two toggles in the lower-right corner of the video screen, one for Audio On/Off and one for Closed Captioning On/Off
