You can take an audio recording and send it to services like https://developer.amazon.com/en-US/alexa/devices/alexa-built-in or https://cloud.google.com/speech-to-text via REST connectors. Then you can feed the result text through our Text Analyzer feature https://docs-previous.pega.com/example-free-text-model-analyzing-text-pega-721.
