Issue With DWA Response

1.I have configured DWA and email is sent to the external Party.After routing the assignment to the external party once the user submits that work item it should be available in workbasket.The problem is that when the external party completes the assignment routed to him/her they are able to see the link of the next routing on the confirm harness and the work party details in the right side,i don't want to show these details.How can we handle this?

2.As mentioned in #1 external party received email and he/she clicked on that link in email for the first time they are getting the assignment details which are assigned to them.But unfortunately user closed that browser without performing any actions and when he is trying to open that link for the second time some times we are able to open it and some scenarios it is throwing an error like "Assignment Processing Error" Please contact claims Rep.Is it the limitation DWA has ?If not how can we overcome this issue.

Hi Arthi,

Please provide details if this issue has occurred while opening the link second time or in the first time itself. Also, provide the error screenshot details.

Does it throw access denied error as well while opening the link second time?

First time when user clicks on the email link  getting correct assignment but when he click on it for the second time getting  error. PFA
