Problem in JSP fragment - not loading pyDashBoard7 section in French browser locale

We are getting "Section 'pyDashboard7' execution error on page 'pyDisplayHarness' of class 'Data-Portal'. : Problem in JSP fragment" while loading the user portal in French Browser. The same portal is loading perfectly in English Browser. have anyone has faced this problem?

There are no additional details in the log. Can yo confirm whether it was captured in full ?

Also could you elaborate on what you mean by "English" browser and "French" browser ? I am assuming that you mean changing your operator locale (OR) UI locale to French and launching the user portal. Is that the case ?
