French browser shows English

We recently went live with Pega 7.1.8. Users in production with French locale at browser level sees left navigation in French but main work area is all in English. Issue of half French and half English. Please advise as whole portal should be in French.

Hi,

Is the issue replicable in lower environments? Or only in Production?

Did you try clearing browser cache and temporary folders?

In  the main work area, anything is not being localized or is it something specific like Grids/buttons/labels?
