How to embed entire pega case manager portal in third party web application using Pega web mashup
Hi,
We have a requirement to embed entire pega case manager portal in other third party web application and user should be able to perform multiple types of create cases and modify the cases and search for any data in the application.
will Pega web mashup be useful in this?

Hi,
Yes, Pega Mashup will be good for this.
To display a full portal you have to use a specific action and parameter:
data-pega-action ='OpenWorkByURL'
data-pega-action-param-query ='pyActivity=Data-Portal.ShowDesktop'
This will make sure the portal is initialized properly. This will load the end users default portal.

Hi,
Along with opening a portal, can we open a case directly on the portal with any parameters? like on click of a URL, i need the mashup should load with the portal and case opened in that. case parameter will be passed through URL.
