Web Embed Tags - Third party cookie Issue - PEGA Mashup

I was going through this article wherein PEGA was suggesting us to use Web Embed Tags for Cosmos React instead of PEGA Mashup but how is PEGA solving the Third party cookie issue with PEGA Web Embed Tags?

I know PEGA has previously suggested Proxy Configurations & Customs Domains which I believe is not feasible for all the clients. We did explore DXAPI`s but wanted to see If we have any other solution with Web Embed Tags that could resolve the Third party cookie issue.

i am going over documentation but not able to find details on how pega is addressing third party cookies issues with web mashup or web embeds.
