How to show timeout time for cases on UI?

When user work on any case and left the case open for long time, Pega timeout the case after certain time (default is 30 min). Can we show this timeout time on UI for each cases? so managers can check the time spend behind each case by users.

Do you want to show a timer in the UI or do you want to just show remaining time on click of a button?

To answer your questions -

Can we show this timeout time on UI for each cases? - Yes, I am not aware of any OOTB control, but you can write a non-autogenerated section and write own js & HTML to implement this. The sample is shared in the below

so managers can check the time spend behind each case by users. - Can't we use SLA here?
