External Assignments

Hi,

We are trying for external assignments and to display actions as buttons in email.

Steps followed to implement this:

  1. Created an external assignment and added below parameters
    1. OperatorModal
    2. DaysToExpiration
    3. Instructions
    4. Party
    5. Subject
    6. CorrName - pyEmailApprovalActions
    7. HarnessPurpose - PerformExternal
  1. Added two flow actions Approve and Reject
  2. Created a case and assigned to External assignment – System sent an email and expected the list of actions Approve , Reject should be added to the email but I am only see click here to provide response instead of action buttons.

Can you please let me know if I am missing any steps to implement this.
