Hello,
I am using external assigment to send an email. I need to open a specific section once link is clicked, how to do so? How to include the section in the URL and from where to set the URL being called?

Apart from what Evita has pointed out, here is another URL which will give you good amount of idea on how you can configure DWA ( Direct WEB Access ) and make it work.
