How to propagate class changes to the other environment?

Hi,

Assuming that I want to run wizard for Rename class on the Dev environment, is there any good way to propagate changes to other environments (except manual editing or run of the same wizard on the target environment)?

1. You can package those changes from DEV Environment and deploy into Higher environments. And also you need to perform cleanup of older classes.

2. Otherwise as  you mentioned you can use running rename class wizard. If the application is already production, then better not to perform these type of class changes.
