Open pulse tab from email link.
I currently have a requirement to open the pulse tab from an email link. I was wondering if this is possible, if so how can it be implemented?

Can you tell a bit more on the sequence of events? The email link is connected with a case or assignment? Are you using Directed WebAccess? opening the work item or assignment from email link is easy and it would open either the review or the perform mode of the case. In the case harness you can also show the pulse section.
Is this different from what you are looking for?

Hi,
Currently i am using the OOTB rules. The sequence of events is a user is mentioned in a case or on the OOTB pega pulse harness an email is sent them, if the user was mentioned in a case there is a link provided that takes them to the review mode of the case. if the user was mentioned in the OOTB pega pulse harness there is no link provided to take user to the pulse harness. This is the issue i am having, the OOTB pulse is not tired to any case as it is just a harness. I am trying to figure how to include that into the link so it can take the user to portal and display the pega pulse harness.
