I have gone the link above you mentioned. In the above link, we have another link "How to use the PegaRULES Log Analyzer". In that is mentioned to Go to Pega Exchange: PegaRULES Log Analyzerand click the appropriate file link i.e. "https://community.pega.com/node/11363". When I click on it is following message "The requested page could not be found."
