"Download solution" links not working

I'm taking the new Lead System Architect 8.3 course and none of the "Download solution" links is working (the download doesn't starts, no errors). I've tryed with Firefox and Chrome with the same result.

I am following this thread as i am not able to download solution files too.

There are some explanations that are not so clear and having the solution could be very useful.
