Cannot download "proposed solution" document (BAE)

I'm trying to do the "BAE Solution Build​" exercise in the Business Architect Essentials course. At the right side a link is provided to download a proposed solution. If I try, I get an error message, that I am lacking the required permission (see attachement). What can I do?

Yes, I can confirm. The document is downloadable now. Thank you! Working with the French Version was quite a challenge for me. ;-)
