BAE 8 Solution Build Review Requested

Hi,

I am new to Pega and have designed the case for US-101 given in BAE 8 Solution Build based on my understanding. It would be helpful if somebody can review and confirm if the step type selected are correct before I proceed with next. Please refer to the screenshot.

Also, I have a query 'change to a stage' is available in User Action and Automation both. What is the difference between two and when to use which one ?

The appropriate step type should be:

A "User Action" requires a human to perform an action.

An "Automation" performed by the system.

So, if you configure "Change a stage" using a User Action, a human had to decide at run time which stage to change to. If you configure "Change a stage" using Automation, you have to specify at design time which stage the system should change to. At run time, the system automatically changes to that stage.
