broken Queue issue

Hi,

Using Queue-for-Agent method, I Queued one Work Object to process. using Agent activity i am processing the Queued WO.
In middle of processing the agent activity is failed, and the Queued item is went into broken Queue.

I manually Re-Queued it, and WO processed sucussfully. but still it is showing Broken queue.

Please any help...

If it's gone to Broken-Process this seems to indicate a failure somewhere.

Are you able to examine the XML for that entry? Does it include details of what the failure was or any stack showing where it failed?
