Using the pulse tagging outside of pulse
Our users have access to pega pulse for posting comments on cases, OOTB this allows users to tag cases and autocreate a link to said case.
We have had a requirement that they would like to do this inside of an action so that the tags can be shown on the main action area.
We have tried looking at the script initMentionedInstance but using that doesn't work, has anyone tried this before.

Primarily its for a note on the case entered in the main action area (screen within a flow action) and then the next screen should show this text read only (but with the links to the case)
I.e
flow action 1 - person 1 reviews case in screen attached and puts referral notes saying "have a look at case XXX-123 for an example"
flow action 2 - person 2 views read only version of referral notes and can click through to case XXX-123
