Cannot tag a user in Pulse if it has a dash(-) in its id
Hello,
We are using Pulse where users can tag users/operators.
We successfully tag users however when the user has a dash (-) in its id then we cannot tag her/him, example: id: "jean-paul".
To reproduce:
- Create an operator that has a dash in its id, like "test-test"
- Tag that user in the pulse
You will see that the user is not marked as a tagged user nor recognized as a user, but as text. So, the user will not receive any notification that he/she was mentioned in a comment

We tried to look into the control rule 'pzDisplayPostText', RS: Pega-Social:07-10-33 but no luck into forcing the disregard of the dash
We created an SR for it SR-D6740 but still no answer.
Any help in what we can customize to enable tagging users with (-) in their user id ?
Thank you,
Mariane
