Data getting saved automatically on a grid

Hi All,

I have an optional action Manage Relations. I move to that screen from my main screen. Now I enter few values there and do not enter the mandatory field. When I click on Back button or go back to the previous window from Actions menu, the data I entered gets saved on the grid even without saving it. I am not getting any error for mandatory field as well. Can someone please help urgently?
