Attaching a video to case
Hello,
We work for a police department where the client says end user should be able to attach a video of incident while reporting a crime that occured. Similar to attaching a file do we have any option to attach a video to case.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Kurt,
Thanks for the response. I will try attaching a video and keep you posted in case of issues. Just wanted to check if attaching a video was possible or not.

Yes, you can attach a video to the case. I did this before. I added a MP4 file to the case. It was successful.
Hi,
Where a video is just a file, you can attach it to a work object like other files. Are there specific needs/requirements you have, or problems you've run into while trying to implement this?
