Uploading videos in a case

I have a requirement where the end user needs to upload videos in the cases which can be reviewed or downloaded. Is there a way we can achieve this .

You can upload videos as currently we do for other file attachments and download it, I am not sure if we can play it or not

May be you can upload the vedio to the case in the following way mentioned on the docs.Let me know if it's helpful.

I'm not sure of the limitations of what should be the size of the file and etc..
