Need clarification about requestor pools

In requestor pool landing page, we observe some values are showing in red colour. In the snippet given below the columns "Active" and "Longest wait time" have such values. Though there haven't been any issues with the functionality of the reported service package, need clarification on why these values are showing in red colour and its significance(if any).

Interesting, what version/env is this (you tagged Pega Cloud is this a Pegacloud env)? I do not see the red colors at all in my environment.

Hi,

Which version of prpc are you using.Please analyze pega rules log and search for below error.

failed to ping monitor service package.

If it is present then there are hfix available for 7.3.1 & some other versions.
