How to get rid of OOTB alert message?

I am getting OOTB alert message whenever trying to go to next action in the flow when WO/case is already open, I need to get rid of the pop up. We handled it bypassing this pop up with javascript but I need to know how to handle this issue with Pega. I directly added section pxDisableClientDirtyDetection in review harness but it did not work.
