Checkin/Checkout option not working for connect rule

Hi

Checkin/Checkout option not working for connect rule. We are using Pega 7.1.5, (no framework). tomcat and Oracle. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Could you please elaborate the reported behavior to investigate further?

If the Checkin Checkout option is not available for a particular rule. Kindly ensure the below settings are configured,

1. First Operator needs to have the "Allow Rule Check out" option selected on the security tab of the operator rule.

2. Enable "Check out" option in the security tab of the corresponding ruleset and save the changes.

Kindly share the screenshots to investigate further.
