Error Installing 8.1 Personal Edition

I am getting an error exactly the same as given below in the below link:

The error log is attached: strange thing is, the above post identifies the issue as JAVA 10 being installed. But I have JAVA 8 installed as given in the screenshot.

Can you please help ?

Thanks , the issue was fixed...

Java Version was correct, but there was an existing instance of PostGresSQL on the file folder on which I was trying to install the Personal Edition.

I remove all existing instances of PostGresSQL, and ran the Installation again : it installed successfully.
