What is current supported version SI for pega Platform8.1.3?

Hi Team,

One of our client wants to be SI supported version for Pega Platform 8.1.3?,Client already using Hotfix as SWIFTNet E&I rule book. What is supported BIX version for Pega Platform 8.1.3?,what is release date of Pega Platform 8.2?
