Hi Dhirendra,
This may change at some point, but at the present time, there is no end of life policy for our products.
Assuming your company is current on their maintenance agreement, you will continue to receive support.
In fact we continue to support some customers on 4.x, or even our legacy product before PRPC/Pega, such as PegaWORKS.
If you have any other questions surrounding this topic I would recommend reaching out to your account executive for any more clarity regarding this.
Thanks,
Rett

I just found one pdf on PDN and it seems that the oldest version supported by pega is V5.1: https://pdn.pega.com/documents/platform-support-guide-for-prpc-5x-and-6x
Please flag it off if there is any change!

Can you please give us some context for why this question is being asked ?
The reason I'd like to know is, that although some customers are on old versions such as v4.2sp6, there are various things that don't play nicely with older pega versions.
For instance, considering visio requirements, visio version itself, browser type, browser version, you may find that editing flow diagrams is a challenge when you try to combine older pega versions with newer computers and browsers. /Eric

Hi Eric... Thank you for detailed information. Actually this question was asked by my security team as we are going through the security audit for our pega application. Security audit team has set of questions related to security as per org policy and this question is one of those.
