Open Case in Other pega application from another pega application

Dear All,

I have below requirement, what is the best way to do this?

Requirement: There are 2 pega applications eg: A and B

I have to open a case in application B from application A, i will send some unique id to application B, So the application B should check the case which is created for that and Open it in new window On click of a BUTTON .
