Test Connectivity in Connect MQ
We have migrated from Pega 6.2 to Pega 7.3 version. In Pega 6 version it is working fine. In Pega 7.3, on click of test connectivity in Connect MQ rule, I m getting the below error, Required classes are not available.Please check the configuration.Error Details: Couldn't connect to MQ server. Please check logs for more details.
I didnt find any logs related to MQ . Any idea on this Please?

Did you use higher versioned MQ client ( you would be using lower version of MQ in PRPC 6.2)
I suspect this to be JAVA compatibility issue.
You said no logs, did you meant, you don't find any relevant logs in PegaRULES? please share this log file.

I am not sure about MQ version.
Yes. there is no MQ relevant logs. I have enabled the tracer logs. Still no luck.
Can you just list down the prerequisites to start work in Connet MQ, please?

We ran in to same issue in 7.1 to 7.4 ..

we had set few DSS setting and post that it works.
