Connect Soap/Connect Rest Test Connectivity fails
We have one Environmental issues related to service calls where Test Connectivity is getting failed.
Errors are mentioned below
Connect Rest Error :- Could not Instantiate the Apache HTTP client.
Connect Soap Error :- Service URL 'EndpointURL' value is invalid: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.pega.apache.axis.client.Call (initialization failure).
Does anyone come across this type of issue?

Hi,
Got this issue in pega 7.1.7 arround 2 years back and noticed pega genertated classess currepted which is extracted from apche jar files. Can you restart your server by cleaning temp directory and extract marker file , issue should resolve.

One similar old case had the below root cause:
The log4j dependency in the class path was not present at runtime. The solution is to import the log4j-1.2.16.jar.
