Upgrade to Pega 8.1
We are working on Upgrade Pega 7.2.1 to Pega 8.1, with this upgrade, it seems to be imperative to migrate current Pega cloud 1.0 to Pega cloud2.0.
Current Pega 7.2.1 application as bunch of database objects in Oracle and also some control-m jobs.
As we understand Pega cloud2.0 runs on PostgreSQL , can you please let us know Pega cloud 2.0 still supports all the DB objects (tables, stored procedures, packages, views) in Oracle post cloud migration to 2.0?
Should we convert all Oracle objects to PostgreSQL for Cloud 2.0 Migration? Please let us know.

Yes. Its required to convert all the DB objects to suit PostgreSQL DB Type in cloud 2 architecture.
If Connect SQL rules have schema name prefixed with table name which should be changed to class reference. Oracle specific functions used in the SQLs have to be converted to Postgres compatible function.
