For suppose we have a screen with some labels. Business want to make the labels configurable i.e they want to update the label names themselves instead of making that a developer task and deploy through environments in releases.

For dynamic web development there are some CMS tools like AEM etc for changing UI labels from user side itself. So in the same way does Pega have some add ons/ tools to update labels.

1 way we are doing now in our application is creating a table for all label ids and values and delegating  them for configuration. Referring those table values on UI label.
