I'm new at discovering all the possibilities of Pega Decision Management, but have a question concerning personal content/propositions. If I want to congratulate a customer with his/her birthday I understand that the "birthday" proposition can be build, but how will I personalize the message for each individual customer: name and age for instance. And of course I want to show this content in all the inbound and outbound channels. When the customer visits the website and logs in, I want to show a message/banner with the specific age and first name of the customer. 

And what are the posibilities to manage this content within the Pega platform?
