Running case type from unauthenticated portal
I need the user to register him/herself by providing details on an unauthenticated portal(does not require operator id to enter these details).These details need to be sent to the admin. Once the admin approves, operator id should be created for the user.
How can i implement this functionality?
I thought of creating a case type for this registration process, but can we run a case type from an unauthenticated portal?
