Web-Adapter Intermittently matching
All,
I have an automation which is working with website https://credit.dnb.com/ However the matching rules seem to be intermittent causing the automation to fail sporadically.
The matching rules I have in place are -
- Document Title
- Document URL
These both match consistently and never change, when I investigate the issue further the match rules always match however within the Object explorer the control does not have the green tick next to it. Causing it to fail, please can someone advise how I can best resolve this issue.

Does the green tick resolve when you select manually the "Refresh Matching" button? (the yellow button in the Targets box).
Also, does it effect the solution when running the project?

No the green tick does not resolve when you manually select refresh matching. When the project is running it will sometimes fail sometimes work therefore I currently have the page on a wait for create (Event) on a loop closing and restarting the web page until a match is found.

I've seen, when there a lot of iframes on the webpage, the matching targets has issues differentiating the URLs properly. In a test solution, create an adapter for this page and try to re-interrogate the webpage with Global Webpages unchecked (it's on the bulls-eye). This will create a different hierarchy of controls. This might help with matching.
Another thing to try, is using different match rules - it could be that there is an issue with the operation of matching that is hung up on something, so a different match rule might have better results. Especially since you said that it'll match if you keep refreshing the page eventually.
