Matching Intermittently on WebAdapter
All,
I am having difficulties with intermittent matching of a webpage. https://credit.dnb.com/
The issue seems to be within the matching of the Webpage - The Controls etc all match and appear with a green tick.
The matching rules I am using on the webpage are:
Document Title Match Rules
Document URL Match Rule -
Both of these rules are consistent and match every single time the webpage is loaded. However within the object explorer the page remains unmatched.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have multiple web pages interrogated? One of those pages may be matching and attaching to that web page control.

We are facing similar issue. Even we tried altering matchrules but that doesn't worked for us.
Please help me out if your issue is resolved?
heffc- Single web page interrogated. Do we need translator to fix this issue.

If you edit the adapter.os file and move the page to the top in the xml and it then shows green in the object explorer you most likely have 2 (or more) pages matching and a page interrogated prior to the one in question was matching first. Things match based on order in the xml.
