PCS 3.1 upgrade issue

Background -
We are upgrading PCS 2.2 to PCS 7.3.1 (with a couple of hotfixes) over PRPC 7.4. To migrate to higher environments, we follow lift & shift approach, where rule schema is exported from dev and copies over to higher environments.

The problem -
PCS stores some of the Products meta data in rules tables to support versioning. When we follow lift & shift approach to move rules schema across environments, it might override the meta data tables. This could result in data loss/corruption.

Hi Manish,

When you say PCS does it mean Product Composer System for Healthcare? If so, What are the PCS version you are upgrading from & to?
