Issue with the Exercise System Content
** This is from the course "System Architect Essentials 7.3/7.4" but since this option was not available under the 'Courses' field I had to select a different course.
Issue:
I am doing the exercise for the chapter "Managing Case-Processing Dependencies". This exercise refers to work with the 'Workflow' for the Case Type 'Onboarding'. However when I launch this case type there is no workflow available. I am not able to proceed with this.

Yes I did create those case types. Also, I have been using this exercise portal regularly so that my work doesn't get flushed off. Isn't there a minimum time for which all the work remains intact on the cloud environment?

You need to use the "Open Exercise" link to access the training environment at least once every 15 days or the environment gets reset. There are rare instances where environments are reset before the 15 days. The access didn't register or the time didn't update. We have had a few people in a similar situation this week.
