Issues in login to exercise system

Hi Team,

 

I am not able to login to exercise system, even after clearing cache

I don't think that operator exists in that system. I tried to log in with the author_cm@gogoroad operator and check the operator list by filtering with the author.

Does that mean I have to use a different id & pwd for login to exercise system? In that case who would provide me new login details?
