Issue in Pega Exercise System
Hi everybody, Good day! Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I tried to loggin in the Excersie System to do an acctivity, but i cant entry to the Platform, just stay trying to enter, and don´t do anything, when i refresh the page, I get this error showed in the image, i clear the cookies, reset and change the browser, but i can´t log. Thanks Jesus

It seems the inactivity period was exceeded, so the exercise environments were recycled. For example, one of the enrollments had a lapse between 5/24 and 6/3. This exceeds the 7-day inactivity period.

This error usually means your exercise environment expired due to inactivity, or that you completed the course.
Did you complete the course? or did you not access it for more than 7 days?

Not sure if Jesus is experiencing the same, but in my case I was actively working thru the curriculum. Had previously been in the exercise system the day before with one of the different users used in the exercise. Now none of the users log in. Page just hangs (as seen in the attachment). Was hoping this would be resolved this morning but doesn't appear to be.
Also worth mentioning, when trying to log in to the exercise system, if you wait long enough, it times out with a "504 Gateway Time-out"

yes, i have the same problem, when press F5 this error comes out, and when stay a few moments when is try to loggin the error "504 Gateway Time-out" appears, we have the same problem

In the same day i log in the Excercise System, and later i try to save the excercise, the plattform started to fail

Did you keep the browser window open? I just checked the server loads; this course is spread across 5 servers, none of which are at more than 40% capacity.
It appears your session may have expired and the browser is simply hung. I recommend clearing cache and then closing the browser. Then, go back to the exercise page in the course and click Open Exercise System.

I've tried private mode, i've tried switching browsers, rebooting. All yield the same result.

I am getting the same error cannot log on. I have tried everything. I 've tried on another system I am still getting the same error. The exercise system is at fault. I am just wondering ...
