Can't find "Submit"

When in the Essential Training for Business Architect I am on the excercise in step 4, Configuring a standard user view. After adding fields I can't find the submit function/bottom.

Within a Flow Action's Action tab it is possible to check the box labeled "Hide the default action section buttons".  Perhaps that is the reason the Submit button does not appear.
